Newbie here. I've been researching on how one can better get paid through their ranks (tack, traffic, alexa). Explanations were too technical for me. can anybody explain in layman's term what exactly is a good traffic? How does it benefit one blog? Thank You.

Placing Questions at QA Exchange vs Placing Questions at your own blog

When people post in questions to your blog, other people cannot post in alternative answers other than short comments. Thus, the interaction will stop there with only your answers.

However, if someone were to place the questions to QA Exchange, more people can reply with their answers in their respective blog and that will promote activity.

Imagine if someone would to post in a question, "Do you think there is a God?" There will be some who will answer Yes and give a lot of sharing at their blog. Then some other might say No and give their reasoning at their blog.

Please bear in mind that you can be the one who post the questions and offer the answers as well.

The only thing is that we need to promote QA Exchange so that everybody will be keen to participate.

Let's give it a try!

Those participate in this project should add the official QA Exchange logo (shown on the left) on your site to promote this project.

Please save the logo to your site (don't link to the one here), and link it back to http://solutions-repos.blogspot.com

Please take note that

A post with a unique Question id will be created once the question posted as comment at PROBLEMS / QUESTIONS post had been approved.
Those that have different solutions / answers can still submit their answers at SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS / ANSWERS even though someone might have provided the solutions / answers.

The following are QA Exchange Guidelines / Rules:

For Questioner

Those who like to post a question, have to post it as comment under the post titled PROBLEMS / QUESTIONS in this blog. Then wait for it to be approved. A post with a unique Question id will be created once it is approved.
Those who post question can benefit in the link exchange by posting their Question at their own blog / website. Additional comments can be added to the post in your blog / website. However, they must Link+ back to the respective post with the unique Question id in this blog.
Once they had linked to the respective post, the post with the unique Question id will be updated with a link to the blog and question originated.

- Post a link and call it "This is a QA Exchange Question" under your post. See an example over here.

For Answerer

Those that have solutions / answers have to submit the answers under the post titled SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS / ANSWERS
Those that had posted their solutions / answers at SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS / ANSWERS post must Link* to the respective post with the unique Question id
Once you had linked to the respective post, the post with the unique Question id will be updated with all the answers posted at the SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS / ANSWERS. This means you will get a link back from this post. Seeker of the answers will always check the answer from your blog / website

How QA Exchange works!

This project is different from meme where anybody can post questions and anybody can answer questions posted. Thus, there is no need to tag somebody who might not be interested at all. Only those interested will be participating in QA Exchange! Besides, preferably only unique questions (can still have different version if necessary) will be posted and questions are moderated and stored over here (Solutions Repository) for those seeking answers or solutions.

For those who do not have any questions can check out questions posted here and provide the answers by posting in their new or old posts url links.

How it works:

Those who like to post a question, have to post it as comment under the post titled PROBLEMS / QUESTIONS in this blog
If your question is fine (i.e. have nothing objectionable), I will create a new post for your question and give your question a unique id. Please bear in mind that I may reject, rephrase or check with you if necessary
Those who have answers to the question have to only post in their URL links under the post titled SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS / ANSWERS in this blog
For the one who had posted the question, if the best answer is found, please post the accepted answer under the post titled ACCEPTED ANSWERS in this blog

Your blog got publicized and thus can get a lot of good traffics from interested readers
Questions can suggest more interesting topics for blogs / websites
Different answers can promote more interesting interactions among bloggers

Establishing Objectives

QA Exchange
The main objectives are to solve the following issues

Too many sites, difficult to find answers
Too many responded but no solutions
Nobody answer my questions
Nobody read my blog / site

Current Search Problem
Searching for solutions can be very time-consuming. Besides, unless one knows the keywords to submit to the search engines, one just could not find answers to their problems easily.

Manipulation by Advert
Search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN are good but one still have to sift through tons of conversation threads before seeing the solution. Besides, for those who know how SEO (Search Engine Optimization) works may manage to present their websites in the first few pages of the search results. Nevertheless, I believe there are still many good sites that might not have a chance to move up to the top page of the search results.

Reason for QA Exchange
What if we have a one-stop website to store all sorts of problems / questions that people still have not resolved / answered. Then provide a platform where anybody could post their problems / questions. As for those that love to take up the challenge (to win traffic to their blogs/ websites) will come and check out those problems / questions. After which, go back to their blogs / websites and come out with their posts (old / new) to reply to the problems / questions. Any solutions / answered posted here will then provide a link back to the blogs / websites where the seeker of answers will interact with the solutions provider.

I hope everybody will participate and find QA Exchange useful!
